Dear Members,
Please refer to the following information in regards to the system upgrades taking place on Tuesday 05 March.
New member number
A reminder that as part of the systems upgrade, all golfing members will be allocated a new member number that aligns with the current Yaralla Sports Club membership number as displayed on your membership card.
Your Yaralla membership number will become your Golf Club member number and login from Tuesday 05 March. As previously advised, member passwords and Golf Link numbers WILL NOT change as part of this upgrade.
A further email will be sent to all members on Monday 04 March advising members of their Yaralla member numbers / new logins.
All members are encouraged to contact the club if you have any further queries regarding this change.
Prize Accounts
A new member accounts system, which will be a feature of the club’s upgrade membership management system, will automatically be credited via prize allocations applicable to all daily competitions.
The new prize accounts will then be available via the member portal with the following functionality:
– View current account balances
– View individual purchase line item transaction details
These features apply to both web and mobile platforms of the member portal.
Member Mobile
All members are encouraged to access the club’s enhanced mobile enabled member portal, which has proven extremely since its launch last year.
The mobile site automatically recognizes you are accessing the club site from a mobile device and re-formats the display into a mobile friendly view. Features of the mobile site include:
– Make bookings via a mobile device
– Automatically re-formats the website when accessed from a mobile device
– Check club news via a mobile device
– Search for fellow members contact details
– View Live Leaderboards
– Access the club’s mobile membership card
To access the mobile version of the member portal via your mobile device, select the MEMBER LOGIN menu from the club’s website or go direct to https://gladstonegc.miclub.com.au/
